Catherine De Bosscher, Belgian Designer, born in Brussels in 1972, drew during her childhood surrealist compositions made of geometry and fantasy. Later, she studied architecture and interior design in Brussels. Also end of her studies, she carried out some drawings of furniture out of wooden which were realized and also created a series geometrical sculpture in painted wood with original design and colors. In parallel to her studies, attracted by art jewel, the designer conceived as an autodidact his first creations of jewels made of wood. Models already marked of style and pure design. Later in 1996, Catherine De Bosscher created a collection of solid gold jewels 18 ct which by its brightness and purity bring jewels a timeless dimension. In 1996, Catherine De Bosscher decides to create her own trade mark, whose logo is recognizable on each realization. Always in search for new creations, Catherine De Bosscher improves her pictorial art by combining the technique of digital painting with unique design, creating thus a style of a single and inimitable quality, fruit of a length work. In her pictorial compositions one finds the topic of the geometry there and especially the topic of the mystery of nature, with landscapes imaginary and mystery The designer exposed her creations in various galleries.
In 2003, Catherine De Bosscher opens her gallery in Brussels, exposing permanently and exclusively on a surface of 85m2, her creations of paintings, geometrical sculptures, jewels, piece of furniture, poetry.
